Advisory & Coaching

Think of Stephens Insight Group as being there for you in the moment.  We can join meeting, help you, your teams, your partners, and your leaders think through various options, and help accelerate the decision-making process.  We won't be managing specific programs, but we'll be bringing a wealth of experience and practical knowledge that your current team members just haven't had time to acquire.

In addition, we can help draft communication, partner with you on presentations, and cross-cut some of our other service offerings like Leadership Development, Data Governance, and Scaled Agile to bring you even more value during our engagement.  For example, if you have team members that need training in Scaled Agile, we can add that service without significant delays or interruptions.

Program Management

This service is for leaders who just have too much on their plate, have a significant gap in their Portfolio Management organization, or need a Program Manager with subject matter expertise on the Digital Transformation Program itself.  We'll provide a Program Manager that has worked hands-on in "the Cloud", who has handled significant Digital Transformations at other organizations, and who can hit the ground running on day 1. 

Stephens Insight Group will connect directly with 3rd party vendors, work with your talent acquisition team to bring on staff from your talent partners, and perform the normal duties of one of your internal Program Managers (i.e. roadmaps, communication, financial planning, staff scheduling, business case development, etc...).

Managed Service

If you prefer a hands-off approach, or your organization just has too much going on, the Managed Service offering might be the best fit.  While Program Management focuses on leveraging your staff, and working with what you have, the Managed Service Offering is where Stephens Insight Group will bring most, if not all, of the needed resources to the table.  We' will build the business case, line up vendor demos for product selection, identify and onboard the necessary talent, build out robust communication channels and feedback loops, identify training for your staff including both IT and business operations. 

Our goal is to minimize the impact of the transformation to you while maximizing the value by managing the transformation from soup to nuts and providing iterative feedback and course corrections along the way.
