1 on 1 Mentoring

At Stephens Insight Group, we understand the value of having great leadership in your ranks.  While classroom study, books, and enneagrams can help leaders understand leadership better, there is no substitute for short feedback cycles and regular 1:1s to help them change. 

Over the course of a normal week, we'll attend 1 or 2 meetings to watch them in their role.  Then we'll follow-up later that day or at a more convenient time later in the week and provide key insights into their style and how they impacted the room.  We'll provide recommendations and suggestions for how they might improve and then follow similar exercise again the following week.  Getting hard feedback from the person you report to is challenging even in the best of circumstances.  Getting it from an outside voice will not only make it easier to digest, but they will also appreciate that the organization is investing in them.  

Advisory & Coaching

Think of Stephens Insight Group as being there for you in the moment.  We can join meetings, help you, your teams, your partners, and your leaders think through various options, and help accelerate the decision-making process.  We won't be working with one specific person, but rather we'll be working with multiple individuals on your team.  We'll be bringing a wealth of experience and practical knowledge that your current leadership team may not have had time to develop.

In addition, we can help draft communication, partner with you on presentations, and cross-cut some of our other service offerings like Digital Transformation, Data Governance, and Scaled Agile to bring you even more value during our engagement.  For example, if you are working in the data and analytic space and need additional assistance with your Data Governance Program, we can provide additional expertise there as well.

Interim Leadership
