Bio/Specialties:  Julie is a change catalyst that provides value to organizations that want to prepare for and implement change efficiently and effectively. She has 30+ years of experience in technical, program management, and business leadership roles. She has worked with startups as well as large corporations in healthcare, retail distribution, telephony, and other industries. Utilizing her extensive background and experience, she provides large-scale program and project management, company merger and integration assistance, fills interim management vacancies, identifies and implements process improvements, assists with strategy development, provides communication expertise, and more. Julie has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toledo, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and has certificates in executive leadership from University of Michigan Ross as well as Inforum. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, bicycling, hiking, and volunteering at her church and other community organizations.
