Our Founding began in 2021, when Dr. Josh Stephens, DHA grew tired of seeing organizations spend 6 and 7 figures on big consulting firms that developed great slide-decks but struggled execute. Taking a major step of faith with no contract or clients, he resigned from the executive position he held and started Stephens Insight Group.

Dr. Josh Stephens, DHA, Founder and CEO

Dr. Josh Stephens is a consultant and executive leader with over 20 years of experience.

He has a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration and other education including a Master of Computer Information Systems and a Bachelor of Computer Science. 

Josh resides in West Michigan with his wife and their four children.  In his spare time, he enjoys family time and being actively involved at GR.Church.

Jeremiah Keeler, Consultant

Jeremiah joined the team in 2022 and specializes in the areas of Business Development, Leadership, and Transformation.

As a certified Scaled Agile SPC and Scrum Master he has a passion to help individuals and teams reach their goals. He is currently a board member and officer of a Grand Rapids based mission agency and an Executive Leader at GR.Church. 

Jeremiah resides in West Michigan with his wife of 13 years and two children.

Sarah Singh, Executive Assistant

Sarah joined Stephens Insight Group in 2023 as an executive assistant and is also a certified Scrum Master.

She has 10+ years of experience with client relations and customer service, and really enjoys helping teams. Her and her husband of seven years have two children. 

Sarah resides in Central Indiana but grew up in West Michigan.  In her spare time, she enjoys weekend getaways with her family and reading books.
