Backlog Refinement

This survey is designed to collect structured feedback on how effectively your team manages and refines its backlog. It focuses on key aspects of backlog grooming such as cadence, stakeholder involvement, clarity of work items, and readiness for sprint planning. The goal is to identify strengths and gaps in your refinement process, enabling targeted coaching and continuous improvement.

Once submitted, the results of this survey will be sent to the interviewer’s email address, and—if a Summary Recipient is selected—shared with them as well. Respondents will also receive a maturity score ranging from 1 to 100, which can be used to benchmark current practices and track progress over time.
