Daily Standup

This survey is designed to collect structured, quantitative feedback on how effectively your team conducts daily standups. It focuses on key aspects such as participation, focus, flow of information, and alignment with sprint goals. The goal is to identify patterns, anti-patterns, and opportunities to improve team communication and cadence.
