This survey is designed to capture observations and feedback from Sprint Planning meetings, with a focus on identifying anti-patterns, behavioral issues, and process breakdowns. It helps agile coaches and facilitators document what’s working—and what’s not—so teams can improve how they plan, commit, and align around sprint goals.
