Dr. Josh Stephens: Founder & CEO
Dr. Josh Stephens is a consultant and leader with 20 years of experience primarily in healthcare IT. He has a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration and other education including a Master of Computer Information Systems and a Bachelor of Computer Science. Josh resides in West Michigan with his wife and their four children. In his spare time, he enjoys his family time and being a youth pastor at his church.
Lisa Sikkema: Data & AI Governance Consultant
Lisa is an experienced data governance leader with a strong track record in designing and implementing frameworks that elevate data quality, integrity, and compliance. Skilled at fostering collaboration among IT, business, and compliance teams, she drives data management and governance best practices, supported by proficiency in Kanban and SAFe agile methodologies. Recently, she successfully launched an enterprise data governance program, establishing over 100 governance roles to address complex data issues, enhancing data stewardship, quality, and strategic alignment across the organization.
Lisa resides in West Michigan with her husband of 37 years. She enjoys spending time with her four adult sons, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter. Lisa is also a leader at her church and volunteers at a local thrift store in the book department.
Jeremiah Keeler: Associate Consultant
Jeremiah joined the team in 2022 and specializes in the areas of Business Development and Leadership. He is also a certified SAFe (6.0) Scrum Master and has a passion to help individuals and teams reach their goals. He is currently a board member and officer of a Grand Rapids based mission agency and a part time youth pastor and deacon at his local church. Jeremiah resides in West Michigan with his wife of 11 years and two children.
Sarah Singh: Executive Assistant
Sarah joined Stephen's Insight Group, LLC in 2023 as Josh's executive assistant and is also SAFe (6.0) Scrum Master certified. She has 10+ years of experience with client relations and customer service, and really enjoys helping teams. Her and her husband of six years have two children. Sarah resides in Central Indiana but grew up in West Michigan. In her spare time, she enjoys weekend getaways with her family and reading books.
