In 2021, Dr. Josh Stephens had seen enough. After two decades in healthcare IT and executive leadership, he watched organizations spend six and seven figures on big consulting firms that developed great slide decks but struggled to execute.
Taking a major step of faith with no contract and no clients, he resigned from his executive position and started Stephens Insight Group to do it differently: a firm that shows up, digs in, and actually delivers.
Meet the Team
Josh is a consultant and executive leader with over 20 years of experience. He holds a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration, a Master of Computer Information Systems, and a Bachelor of Computer Science. He founded SIG in 2021 and is based in West Michigan with his wife and four children.
Jeremiah joined the team in 2022 and specializes in Business Development, Leadership, and Transformation. He is a certified Scaled Agile SPC and Scrum Master with a passion for helping individuals and teams reach their goals. He resides in West Michigan with his wife and two children.
Sarah joined SIG in 2023 and is also a certified Scrum Master. She brings over 10 years of client relations and customer service experience, and really enjoys helping teams succeed. She resides in West Michigan with her husband and two children.
