This survey is designed to capture structured observations from Kanban Planning sessions, focusing on anti-patterns, behavioral dynamics, and process challenges. It helps agile coaches and facilitators document how teams approach flow-based planning, prioritize work, and manage commitments.

Respondents will also receive a maturity score ranging from 1 to 100, which can be used to benchmark current practices and track progress over time.
