How to use the resource map
The map is organized two ways. Down the left side are the three levels where transformation work happens: Portfolio, Program and Team. Across the top are the four things leaders usually need to do at each level.
Assess, Align, Run and Grow
Assess is where you find out where you stand, using our free assessments for agile events, team health, Jira, automation and portfolio fit. Align is where you get the right people agreeing, using facilitator ready workshop guides like Strategic Themes, Value Stream Mapping and Team Charter. Run gives you the templates to run the work, from the Program Management Toolkit to the Program Reporting Pack. Grow builds skills and roles through SAFe certified training and our job family library.
Discovery, AI and the foundation underneath
Some resources work at every level. The Discovery and Prioritization workshops (WSJF, Lean Coffee and MoSCoW) help any group decide what comes first. The AI band pulls together our AI Readiness Self Assessment, AI Governance Assessment for the PMO, AI Training for TPMs and Scrum Masters, the Job Family AI Supplement, and the Rovo for Jira Cheat Sheet. The foundation row links to our glossary, FAQ, blog and case studies.
Want help putting it all together?
The resources are free, and they work even better with someone who has run them before. See our engagement options or reach out to talk through where to start.
